General description
- Die transparente Corning® 96-Well-Polystyrol-Mikrotiterplatte weist eine flache, durchsichtige Bodenplatte mit Deckel auf.
- Die nicht behandelte Polystyrol-Oberfläche ist hydrophob und bindet Biomoleküle mittels passiver Wechselwirkungen.
- Für die Immobilisierung von großen Molekülen geeignet.
- Die Bindungskapazität beträgt ca. 100 bis 200 ng IgG/cm².
