Beschreibung

General description

Die Oberfläche von Corning CellBIND wird in einem Mikrowellenverfahren hergestellt, wodurch sich eine hydrophilere Oberfläche mit konsistenter, einheitlicher Zellanhaftung, verstärktem Zellwachstum und besserer Zellausbeute ergibt. CellBIND fördert die Zellanhaftung und das Zellwachstum unter schwierigen Bedingungen wie u.a. bei serumreduziertem oder serumfreiem Medium.

CellBIND kann eine kostengünstigere Alternative zu teuren und nicht stabilen biologischen Beschichtungen darstellen.

Zur Entfernung und Ernte von Zellen von CellBIND-Oberflächen werden sowohl enzymatische als auch nicht-enzymatische Dissoziierungslösungen verwendet. Das Abschaben von Zellen wird aufgrund der stärkeren Zellanhaftung nicht empfohlen.
