General description

DNA-Phosphoramidite von Proligo führen aufgrund ihrer hohen Kupplungseffizienz zu Oligonukleotiden mit hoher Ausbeute und hoher Qualität. Der Entschützungsschritt der automatisierten Oligonukleotidsynthese ist wesentlich für die Synthesedauer und die Qualität des Endprodukts. Exozyklische Aminfunktionen werden durch eine Benzoylgruppe (dA(bz) und dC(bz)) oder Isobutyrylgruppe (dG(ib)) geschützt. Wesentliche Merkmale von DNA-Phosphoramiditen:

• Die empfohlenen Spaltungs- und Entschützungsbedingungen sind 8 Stunden bei 55 °C oder 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur mit konzentrierter Ammoniaklösung für gängige basengeschützte Oligonukleotide.
• Die hohe Kupplungseffizienz von DNA-Phosphoramiditen von Proligo führt zu Oligonukleotiden mit hoher Ausbeute und hoher Qualität.
