Application
Substrat für die kolorimetrische Bestimmung der Acetylcholinesterase-Aktivität
Acetylthiocholin-Iodid wird als Substrat zur Herstellung einer Arbeitslösung für Acetylcholinesterase (AChE)-Assays zur Beurteilung der AChE-Aktivität verwendet. Darüber hinaus wird es als Bestandteil von Phosphatpuffern (PB) für Cholinesterase-Assays verwendet.
