Alseversche Lösung ist eine isotonische Balanced Salt Solution. Sie wird routinemäßig als Antikoagulans oder Blutkonservierungsmittel verwendet, um eine etwa 10-wöchige Lagerung von Vollblut bei Kühlschranktemperaturen zu ermöglichen.
Anwendung
Alseversche Lösung wird wie folgt verwendet:
- als Konservierungsmittel von Vollblut aus Meleagris gallopavo, Oreochromis niloticus und Salmo salar[1]
- als Verdünnungsmittel für durch Kode-Technologie modifizierte rote SARS-CoV-2-Peptid-Zellen (Schweres-akutes-Atemwegssyndrom-Coronavirus Typ 2) (C19-Kodezyten)[2]
- zum Konservieren von Hämolymphe aus Garnelen (Litopenaeus vannamei)[3]
