Application

EVOblue^™ 30 is a fluorescent dye for covalently labeling a wide range of biological molecules. The lower excitation energy needed for EVOblue^™ 30 causes less photodestruction and exceeds the lifetime of the fluorescent signal compared to common dyes. EVOblue^™ 30 is optimized for an excitation at 635 nm and an emission around 670 nm - both allowing the use of common laser and filter sets. In contrast to commercially available red excitable dyes, EVOblue^™ 30 reveals a high chemical stability and suitability for high performance fluorescence applications.

EVOblue® 30 ist ein Fluoreszenzfarbstoff, der sich für die kovalente Markierung eines breiten Spektrums biologischer Moleküle eignet. Die niedrigere Anregungsenergie von EVOblue 30 führt zu geringerer Photodestruktion und verlängert die Lebensdauer des Fluoreszenzsignals im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Farbstoffen. EVOblue 30 ist für eine Anregung bei 635 nm und Emission im Bereich von 670 nm optimiert - also im Arbeitsbereich von üblichen Lasern bzw Filtern. Im Gegensatz zu anderen komerziell erhältlichen rot anregbaren Farbstoffen zeigt EVOblue 30 hohe chemische Stabilität und eignet sich für Hochleistungs-Fluoreszenzanwendungen.
