Immunogen

Synthetic peptide of amino acids surrounding the phosphoTyrosine 317 site of chicken EphrinB. Chicken Tyrosine 317 is the homolog of mouse, rat and human Tyrosine 328 and Xenopus Tyrosine 324. The immunogen has 100% similarity with human, mouse and Xenopus.

Biochem/physiol Actions

EphrinB, phosphoTyrosine 317. The antibody recognizes a protein of ~46 kDa corresponding to EphrinB, phosphoTyrosine 317 in lysates from rat testes. Immunolabeling is blocked by l-phosphatase treatment.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Preparation Note

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self defrosting freezer.
