Beschreibung

Ein potenter kompetitiver Inhibitor der Cytidindesaminase. Wird in Kombination mit Cytosinarabinosid (Ara-C) verwendet, um die leukämie- und tumorhemmende Wirkung von Ara-C in In-vitro-Studien zu bewerten. Diese Verbindung (Kat.-Nr. 584222) ist zudem in feststofflicher Form erhältlich.
