This panel targets phosphorylated proteins involved in the regulation of protein synthesis. It includes p70S6K (pT412), 4E-BP1 (pT37/46), eIF2α (pS51), eIF4E (pS209), mTOR (pS2448), and RPS6 (pS235/236). These proteins are downstream effectors of the mTOR pathway and play critical roles in translation initiation, cell growth, and metabolism.
