General description

This panel targets phosphorylated and total Akt, a central kinase in the PI3K/Akt pathway. Akt (pS473) is activated in response to growth factors and insulin, promoting cell survival and metabolism. Measuring both phosphorylated and total Akt provides insight into pathway activation and protein expression levels in disease models.
