HPLC-Kartusche

LiChrospher^® RP-18 ist ein zuverlässiger und vielseitiger, traditionell hergestellter, sphärischer Kieselgelträger mit C-18-Umkehrphaseneigenschaften. Er eignet sich besonders gut für die Trennung von neutralen, sauren und schwach basischen Verbindungen. Dieses Sorbens ist in einer LiChroCART 250-4-HPLC-Kartusche verpackt. Der Anschluss an das HPLC-System erfolgt über den manu-CART NT-Kartuschenhalter (1.51486).

Application

LiChrospher^® 100 RP-18 are reliable and versatile HPLC columns based on traditionally produced spherical silica carriers with reversed-phase properties. They are well suited for the chromatography of acidic, neutral and weakly basic compounds, substances found frequently in all analytical fields. Typical applications are the separation of Aflatoxins, Aldehydes, Alkaloids, Antibiotics, Aromatic amines, Catecholamines, Esters, Lipids, Fatty acids, Flavonoids, Ketones, Nitrosamines, Nucleosides, Nucleotides, PCB, Peptides, Pesticides, Phenols, Phospholipids, Phthalates, Preservatives, Steroids, Sulfonamides, Sweeteners and Vitamins.
