General description

Ein potenter, kovalenter, zellpermeabler, irreversibler Inhibitor der Chymotrypsin-ähnlichen (50–100 µmol/l), Trypsin-ähnlichen (1–5 mol/l) und PGPH-Aktivität (0,5–1 µmol/l) des 20S-Proteasoms.

Ein zellpermeables Peptidvinylsulfon, das als potenter und irreversibler Inhibitor der Proteasomaktivität agiert. Modifiziert die katalytisch aktiven β-Untereinheiten des Proteasoms kovalent. Hemmt die Chymotrypsin-ähnliche (10–50 nmol/l), Trypsin-ähnliche (1–5 µmol/l) und Peptidyl-Glutamyl-Peptid-hydrolysierende (PGPH) (0,5–1 µmol/l) Aktivität von aufgereinigten 20S-Proteasomen aus Kaninchenmuskel. Hemmt den proteasomalen Abbau der deglykosylierten MHC-HLA-A2-Schwerkette in US11+-Zellen (~50 µmol/l).
