The strep-tag/strep-tagII (improved version) is made up of eight amino acid sequence (Trp-Ser-His-Pro-Gln-Phe-Glu-Lys).

The immunogen used to generate this antibody corresponds to Strep Tag

Application

Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, WB: 1:1000-1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.

The strep-tag/strep-tagII (improved version) has the ability to bind to any protein or peptide of interest.
