General description
Transia® Plate Washing Buffer is designed to be used with the Transia® detection system. Transia® PLATE is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay to detect pathogens in food, feed, and environmental samples. The test utilizes specific proprietary antibodies to create an antigen-antibody complex. The addition of substrate initiates a colour change reaction in the presence of the antigen-antibody complex, which is read with a microplate reader. The buffer is used between the incubation steps to remove any background samples or reagents during the assay procedure
Application
Transia® Plate Washing Buffer is used between the incubation steps to remove any background sample or reagents during the assay procedure of detecting pathogens by ELISA based method in food, feed, and environmental samples.
