General description

La membrana Immobilon®-PSQ es una membrana microporosa de 0,2 μm compuesta de fluoruro de polivinilideno (PVDF). Se ha desarrollado para maximizar la adsorción de proteínas. La membrana Immobilon®-PSQ se recomienda para la secuenciación y la inmunodetección directa de proteínas después de la electrotransferencia de proteínas desde los geles de electroforesis (o la unión por puntos de muestras de proteínas purificadas), en especial para proteínas con pesos moleculares inferiores a 20 000. Esta membrana es compatible con los sistemas de electrotransferencia en tanque y semisecos.

Application

La membrana de PVDF Immobilon®-PSQ se ha utilizado en inmunoelectrotransferencia.
