Most of issues related to flow rate are due to incorrect weight calibration.

General description
The compact Milliflex Plus vacuum pump streamlines filtration to accelerate QC testing. Together, the Milliflex filter units and the Milliflex Plus vacuum pump provide an integrated solution to deliver reliable and accurate results in high throughput production environments.
Sanitization is easy, so there’s minimal disruption to workflow. For even greater throughput, a high-volume workstation of up to three Milliflex PLUS pumps can be set-up and used by a single operator. Testing reveals 3 Milliflex PLUS pumps are faster than a 6-place manifold.
