Biochem/physiol Actions

IAXO-102 is a potent and selective toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) antagonist that protect mice from LPS induced septic shock. IAXO-102 inhibits development of an experimental abdominal aortic aneurysm. It also prevents acute BBB disruption after experimental post-subarachnoid hemorrhage in mice.
