General description

Each pack provides an adequate amount of material to make 1 L of 10X concentrate that can be diluted to a 1X solution containing 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.3.
Each pack provides an adequate amount of material to make 1 L of 10X concentrated buffer that can be diluted to a 1X solution containing 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, 0.1% SDS, pH 8.3. Researchers may check and adjust the final pH using a sensitive pH meter.

Preparation Note

Dissolve one pack in 1 L of water to yield a 10X concentrated solution. The 10X material can be used as 10X, or diluted in the ratio of 1:10 for a 1X solution. Usage criteria should be determined for individual applications.

Reconstitution

Following reconstitution, store at room temperature (20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 20°C.
