General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the Lewis x type 2 oligosaccharide chain.
Recognizes the Lewis x carbohydrate chain in normal kidney.
This Anti-Lewis x Mouse mAb (P12) is validated for use in Paraffin Sections for the detection of Lewis x.

For paraffin sections, the recommended working dilution is ≥1:40 (with biotin based detection systems). For fixation, 10% formalin buffered to neutral pH is recommended. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilutions.
