What volume of water should 1mg ATP be reconstituted in & what would be its corresponding concentration?
1 answer-
This product is soluble in water up to 50 mg/mL. The appropriate stock concentration for assays can be determined by the end user. The molecular weight is 551.14 (anhydrous basis), and the water content can be found on the lot-specific certificate of analysis. Using the molecular weight, the water content, and the chosen concentration for the ATP solution, the molarity can be calculated.
