A nanocomposite is typically defined as a mixture between a host material (e.g., polymer matrix) and nanofillers with at least one dimension of less than 100 nm.

Since its discovery little more than a decade ago,1 the two-dimensional (2D) allotrope of carbon—graphene—has been the subject of intense multidisciplinary research efforts.

Carbon-based Sustainable Organic Electronics (SOE) limit the use of critical elements and biodegrade at their end-of-life. This review offers insight on how structural and energy disorder in these materials influence device performance and includes evaluations of various transport models and their limitations.

Questions

1–2 of 2 Questions
  1. こちらのCNTは酸処理でCOOHが付いた物でしょうか? また分散液はCNTと水のみでしょうか? それとも分散剤なども入っていますか?

    1 answer
    1. The CNTs in this product are single-walled carbon nanotubes with slight carboxylic acid (-COOH) functionalization, which occurs during purification and is not an intentional functionalization process. The dispersion liquid contains Triton X-100, a non-ionic surfactant, to stabilize the dispersion, rather than being solely CNTs and water.

      Helpful?

  2. Dear Sir/Madam, Could you please let me if any surfactant was used in the preparation of the single wall carbon nanotube ink? Best regards, Golnoosh

    1 answer
    1. This product is stabilized with Triton X-100 which is a non-ionic surfactant.
