General description
Application
- Development of a Near-infrared spectroscopic (NIRS) technique for the quantitative analysis of lycopene in dehydrated tomato samples
- Multi-residue analysis of thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid, ascorbic acid, retinol, γ-tocopherol, phylloquinone, lycopene, and β-carotene in cherry tomato and pharmaceutical formulation samples using liquid chromatography (LC) combined with UV detection
- Quantitative analysis of nine carotenoids in dietary supplement samples by an ultra-high performance supercritical fluid chromatography-photodiode array detection (UHPSFC-PDA) based method
- Simultaneous determination of lycopene and ubidecarenone in their combined pharmaceutical dosage form by reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) coupled with UV detection at 400 nm, in accordance with International Conference on Harmonization ICH Q2 R guidelines
- Raman spectroscopic analysis of orange-fleshed sweet potato samples to measure their carotenoid content
- Simultaneous measurement of chlorophylls (a & b) and carotenoids (β-carotene and lycopene) in fruit samples of strawberry, apricot, and raspberry by two UV-vis spectrophotometric methods
