Application
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2,000 on paraffin embedded sections (ABC peroxidase) fixed with alcohol (e.g. Carnoy) with a 2" pronase digestion. Aldehyde fixation is not recommended.
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-1:200 cells in vitro (IFA) fixed in ice cold absolute methanol or acetone.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
