Sol-gel Precursor for the synthesis of indium oxide nanoparticles, nanocubes, thin films, indium tin oxide (ITO) films, showing interesting optical and conducting properties. Indium oxide and doped indium oxide nanoparticles and thin films finds applications in photovoltaics, gas sensors, example ozone, ethanol, hydrogen sensing etc. Also used for doping of transparent zinc oxide thin films.
