General description

Toyopearl MegaCap® II SP-550EC resin is a 100 - 300 micron (EC) particle size strong cation exchanger useful for purification of molecules ranging in size from small peptides such as insulin to proteins up to 100kD. It is used for high throughput capture of feedstocks.

Clean in place with 0.5 M NaOH or 0.1 M HCl.
