General description

This standard is used to measure gaseous-phase concentrations of volatile aliphatic and aromatic petroleum hydrocarbons in air and soil gas. This is outlined by the Method for the Determination of Air-Phase Petroleum Hydrocarbons (APH) by the Massachusetts Department of Environmetal Protection. Concentration for all compounds is 1 ppm.

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.

Features and Benefits

The Massachusetts APH gas calibration mix is supplied in an Extra-Life transportable aluminum cylinder which features Air Liquide′s exclusive ACULIFE cylinder treatment process for guaranteed mixture stability.

Concentration of individual components is expressed as volume. Blend tolerance and analytical accuracy = +/- 10%.

Toluene d8 added as internal standard.
