General description
This optional vernier handle attaches to the stem of a fine metering valve, and is more comfortable to turn than the stem itself. The thicker body also allows for more precise control than possible by turning the stem. Additionally, a scale on the handle can be used for visual detection of movement. Application
Fine metering valve with Vernier handle may be used to regulate gas flow to the ion source from the sample bulb, during chemical ionization mass spectrometry analysis of borazine in methane, ethane, n-butane and ammonia.[1]
