General description

Flows in the air leakage rate can overload the vacuum pump and trigger a process to shut down. Any leakage into the vacuum system can be isolated and eliminated by engaging sensitive and proper leak-detection methods.[1]

Application

Leak-Tec leak detector spray may be used to check for leaks in the optical fiber sensor system prior to the analysis period to determine exhaled organic compounds.[2]
