General description

Cyromazin, an insect growth regulator, belongs to the class of triazine pesticides. It is widely used in agriculture for protecting fruits, vegetables, and flowers.[1] This insecticide primarily affects the insect cuticle. On a large scale, it is found to be effective against fly larvae and leaf miners. It also helps to control insect flies in cattle manure and agriculture.[2][3]
