General description

Chlorobromouron belongs to the class of phenyl-urea herbicides, classified as toxic, carcinogenic, and persistent in the environment. These herbicides are widely used in agriculture, for the selective or nonselective control of many annual and perennial weeds, since they can inhibit the process of photosynthesis in weeds.[1][2]
