ProNectin F is a recombinant non-animal-source polymer that promotes attachment of even weakly adherent cell lines. Optimized for pharmaceutical applications, this bead performs well in serum-free and even in protein-free media. The coating consists of multiple copies of the human fibronectin RGD attachment domain. Beads can be autoclaved in deionized water or PBS.
