General description

Recombinant Rat Rantes produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 68 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 7876 Dalton.

Physical form

Lyophilized with no additives.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1 μg/ul. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
