Biochem/physiol Actions

Br-DIF-1 is a bromine-substituted derivative of DIF-1 (differentiation-inducing factor-1). Br-DIF-1 significantly increases the efficiency of DMSO-induced differentiation of P19CL6 cells into beating cardiomyocytes by maintaing expression levels of the T-type calcium channel Cav3.1.
