IQ-1S is an inhibitor of JNK kinases, with a preference for JNK3.
IQ-1S is an inhibitor of JNK kinases, with a preference for JNK3. Kd values for IQ-3 binding to JNK 1, 2 and 3 binding are 390, 360 and 87 nM, respectively. The compound inhibits JNK phosphorylation and NFkB /AP-1 transcriptional activity in human monocytic cells at low mM concentrations, and inhibits CD4+ T-cell immune response in a murine delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) model.
