Biochem/physiol Actions

AE9C90CB is a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist with 20-fold selectivity for M3 receptor subtypes compared to M2. In an in vivo assay, AE9C90CB was approximately 5 times more selective for inhibiting carbachol-induced urinary bladder contraction, compared to saliva production.
AE9C90CB is a tissue specific M3 muscarinic receptor antagonist.
