Food additives & contaminants. Part A, Chemistry, analysis, control, exposure & risk assessment, 34(12), 2164-2172 (2017-09-25)
A novel carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs-COOH) dispersive solid phase extraction (d-SPE) method combined with gas chromatography (GC) with an electron capture detector (ECD) was developed for the determination of seven pyrethroid pesticides in cucumber, spinach, eggplant, tomato and carrot.

In this study, we fabricated poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) microcellular foams featuring tunable cellular structures and porosity, through adjusting the supercritical CO2 foaming conditions. Experimental testing and finite element model (FEM) simulations were conducted to systematically elucidate the influence of

Aflatoxins are fungal metabolites which pose a major threat to food safety. Although these mycotoxins are established hepatocarcinogens, their effect on the reproductive organ is unknown. Transient Receptor Potential Channels (TRPs) are ubiquitously expressed in human tissues, including the placenta.

Terrestrial arthropods host a variety of helminth parasites, yet quantifying the intensity of infection in these hosts post-mortem is challenging because carcasses may desiccate quickly. We recovered cysticercoids of Hymenolepis diminuta from desiccated flour beetle (Tribolium confusum) carcasses by modifying
