The SML0168 ligand was shown to antagonize the activity of the histamine agonist, histamine, in two separate recombinant CHO cell lines expressing either the human H2 or H3-receptor and a cyclic-AMP responsive secreted placental alkaline phosphatase (SPAP) reporter gene.

Reconstitution

Dissolve 0.2 mg in 23.5 ul of DMSO to give a 10mM stock solution. Once reconstituted into DMSO the product, must be stored, preferably in smaller aliquots, at -20°C.
