General description

The antibody Hs-14 reacts with a 220 kDa testis-specific human intra-acrosomal protein associated with the membranes of the acrosomal vesicle.

Diazlyzed acid extract of human sperm

Application

Suggested working dilution for immunofluoresence is 10 μg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
