Anti-GAS6 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total GAS6 protein. Growth arrest-specific 6 (GAS6) is a vitamin K-dependent protein, that has a molecular weight of 75kDa. It is located on human chromosome 13q34.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GAS6.
Immunogen Range: 291-340
Biochem/physiol Actions
The growth arrest-specific 6 (GAS6) plays an important role in systemic inflammation and coagulation. It modulates inflammation, angiogenesis and atherosclerotic plaque formation. GAS6 also controls cell survival, proliferation, migration and adhesion.
