Rabbits were immunized with bovine beta lactoglobulin. After multiple immunization in Freund′s adjuvant the rabbits were bled, serum collected and the antibodies isolated by immunoaffinity chromatography
Application
Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:5000-1:20000, ELISA. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
