The full-length (amino acids 1-119) mouse Id3 gene expressed in E. coli.
application
For ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. For IP: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 μg/mL. For WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 5 μg/mL. Predicted molecular weight: 13 kDa. Optimal dilutions/cocentrations should be determined by the researcher.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Id3-2B11 recognizes Id3, a 14a protein that is a member of the Id family of helix-loop-helix proteins. Id proteins are believed to be dominant negative regulators of bHLH proteins involved in cell differentiation and implicated in the control of cell growth, cellular differentiation, apoptosis and carcinogenesis.
