Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: IHC-Fr: Assay-dependent dilution, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, WB: 1:5000-1:20000, IHC-Wm: 1:50-1:500. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
