THBS4 methylation is considered as a biomarker for the occurrence of adenomas and carcinoma.THBS4 expression in breast cancer-associated extracellular matrix facilitates the invasion of tumor cells.THBS4 is used as a powerful marker for diffuse-type gastric adenocarcinomas.Inhibition of THBS4 inhibits prostate cancer (PCa) cell migration and invasion.
