Specificity

By immunoblotting, the antibody reacts specifically with SHIP (145 kDa and/or 135 kDa) as well as C-terminal truncated forms (125 kDa and 110 kDa) in some cell types.

Immunogen

GST fusion protein corresponding to residues 7-133 of murine SHIP (Src homology 2-containing inositol phosphatase) SH2 domain.

Physical form

Solution in 0.07 M Tris-glycine, pH 7.4, containing 0.105 M sodium chloride, 30% glycerol and 0.035% sodium azide.
