Physiologia plantarum, 131(4), 555-570 (2008-02-07)
A comparative proteomic approach has been adopted in combination with physiological and biochemical analysis of tomato leaves responding to waterlogging stress. Waterlogging resulted in increases of relative ion leakage, lipid peroxidation and in vivo H2O2 content, whereas the chlorophyll content

The present study investigated rice leaf proteome in response to heat stress. Rice seedlings were subjected to a temperature of 42 degrees C and samples were collected 12 and 24 h after treatment. Increased relative ion leakage and lipid peroxidation

In the present study, we have investigated the protein expression profile of rice leaves under arsenic (As) stress. Two-week-old rice seedlings were exposed to two concentrations of arsenate (50 or 100 microM), and leaf samples were collected 4d after treatment.

Here, we report the first leaf proteome analysis for globe artichoke. Three protein extraction protocols were tested and a reproducible Mg/NP-40-based method was established. Ribulose-1,5-biphosphate carboxylase-oxygenase (RuBisCO) is a highly abundant leaf protein, and its presence masks co-localizing, less abundant
