General description

Triton QS-15 anionic surfactant which can be used in buffer systems for micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC). [1]

Application

Triton QS-15 has been used in a study to assess the solubilization and purification of cholinephosphotransferase in hamster tissues. [2] It has also been used in a study to investigate the inhibition of calmodulin-activated cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase. [3]
