General description

Compatible stains for Immobilon®-NC HAHY membranes are Amido black, India ink, Ponceau-S red, colloidal gold and CPTS. Detection methods like Chromogenic, Radioactive and Fluorescent are suitable.
Nitrocellulose with a small amount of cellulose acetate can be used for improved handling. Water-extractables <5%, including a Triton wetting agent.

Application
