How do I plate my cells on the HydroMatrix™ Peptide Scaffold, Product H3915, plates?
1 answer-
Determine the optimal concentration for your application and dilute the stock with dH2O. Keep the diluted solution on ice until ready to use. Change the media 1-2 times over 1-2 hours and allow the gel to incubate at 37°C during this time. Keep the gelled plate at 37°C for no more than 8 hours before use. Add desired number of cells in media to top of the HydroMatrix™.
