Recombinant toll-like receptor 2
Application
Anti-TLR2 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Toll-like receptor 2 is a protein encoded by the TLR2 gene in humans. It is also referred to as CD282 (cluster of differentiation 282). TLR2 is associated with the pathogenesis of inflammatory and noninflammatory acne lesions. It plays a crutial role in innate immune responses and possesses the ability to recognize as well as sense a wide repertoire of infectious and endogenous cellular structural elements. TLR2 also has a potential role in the pathogen-mediated susceptibility to bipolar disorder (BD).
Physical form
Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
