Application

Anti-CXCL11 antibody produced in chicken is suitable for western blotting analysis at a dilution of 1:500, for tissue or cell staining at a dilution of 1:200.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 11 (CXCL11) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is highly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas and liver, with moderate levels in thymus, spleen and lung and low expression levels seen in small intestine, placenta and prostate. It is involved in down-regulating Th1 lymphocyte chemoattraction. CXCL11 is up-regulated in patients with chronic obstructive airways disease.

Physical form

Solution in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
